Successivamente, passare la carne nel sale, lasciando riposare per cinque minuti. In un\u2019ampia padella, sciogliere il burro, rosolando a fuoco vivace l\u2019anatra. In seguito, toglierla, eliminandone il grasso rimasto sul fondo della pentola.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"784\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abf.eu\/bergamo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/02\/Anatra-allarancia_6-784x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16714 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Arrivati a questo punto, rimettere l\u2019anatra in padella, bagnandola con il cognac e lasciandola evaporare. Nel frattempo, bagnare con il vino, il succo delle due arance e con un po\u2019 di limone, l\u2019anatra, cuocendo per 45 minuti a fuoco dolce. Successivamente, mettere gli ingredienti sul fuoco, fino a quando non avranno dimezzato il proprio volume.&nbsp;Cinque minuti prima che l\u2019anatra sia pronta, unire \u00be della salsa, pelando a vivo gli spicchi delle restanti arance, saltandole nella salsa rimanente.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Servire il tutto con l\u2019anatra, su un piatto di portata.
